Our approach

FleetForce Services uses only storage technologies needed to operate the website, protect accounts, remember choices you make and provide booking or notification features you request. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or Google Analytics.

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, IndexedDB and service workers. This policy refers to all of them together as cookies and storage technologies.

Essential account and security storage

Google Firebase uses browser storage to keep account sessions secure, remember authentication state and prevent unauthorised access. This storage is necessary when you create an account, sign in or use protected areas such as My Account and Workshop.

Provider: Google Firebase.
Purpose: authentication, account security and service continuity.
Duration: session-based or persistent according to the sign-in method and your browser settings.

Booking technology

Our booking page contains the TechMan booking service. TechMan may use essential session storage to remember your vehicle, basket, selected service and appointment while you complete a booking. This technology is loaded when you visit or use the booking facility.

Provider: TechMan, hosted at fleetforceservicesltd.wsptm.com.
Purpose: vehicle lookup, booking basket, availability and booking confirmation.
Duration: normally for the booking session, although TechMan controls the precise storage it sets within its service.

Preferences and temporary storage

Theme preference: local storage remembers light or dark mode after you choose it.
Authentication journey: session storage temporarily remembers the page you intended to visit and displays sign-in errors safely.
Cookie acknowledgement: local storage records that you accepted this notice so it is not shown on every visit.
Push notification setup: Firebase stores technical registration information only after you enable browser notifications.

Your choices

You can delete site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, booking, notification and preference features from working correctly. Browser notification permission can be withdrawn in your browser or device settings at any time.

Select Cookie settings in the footer if you want this notice to appear again. Because the website currently uses no advertising or behavioural analytics, there are no marketing categories to enable or disable.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy if we introduce a new provider or change how storage technologies are used. If a future feature requires consent, it will not be enabled before you have been given a clear choice.
